This was the third time Robert from New Era has been to my place. The first two were emergency calls and now a routine heating tune-up. He’s been great every time. He explains what he’s doing as he goes, doesn’t try to upsell you, and actually seems to enjoy walking you through how your system works. He shows up on time, does clean work, and is easy to trust. My steam pipe broke and I called new era. Steve was here within 2 hours. He was great. A very nice man that was very knowledgeable and gave me options on how to fix the problem.
