Select membership covers one location and up to two systems. Add extra systems for $10/month or $180/year. One tune-up per system per year, scheduled before summer and winter. Special-order filters/parts not included. “Front of the Line” access applies to emergencies during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM). Weekend trip fee: $99. Neglected systems may require deep cleaning before tune-ups. All subscriptions will automatically renewed unless cancelled by the customer via phone call. 12-month commitment with auto-payments on the 15ᵗʰ or the 30ᵗʰ / monthly. Cancellation allowed after 1 year with written notice to service@callnewera.com.
